TERMS & CONDITIONS

Here at Clean Machine Valeting and Detailing, we take pride in our work and offer a high standard service. In return, we ask that you kindly accept our terms and conditions:

If availing of our mobile valet service, we require use of a safe plug to gain electrical power. If you do not have use of such facilities, please let us know in advance and we can work to come up with an alternative agreement.
 
Safety is our main priority. We cannot work along a main road or public car park. If your home address or the location at which you wish to have the work carried out has the above issues, please let us know in advance and we can work to come up with an alternative agreement.
 
Any mobile visit over 25 minutes from our unit will incur a €20 travel fee. 
Once your booking is confirmed and a time/date has been arranged, we will arrive to the agreed location.​
Additional charges may apply to all packages if the vehicle interior is excessively dirty or has embedded dirt.

€20 deposit is required upon booking to secure your date. We kindly ask that you notify us about a cancellation/reschedule at least 48 hours in advance of appointment.
 
​At the time of booking, we provide you with an estimated quote for our services. However, if the interior of the vehicle is excessively dirty additional charges will apply due to additional labour time. If you are concerned this may apply to you, we advise that you send us photos of you car's interior to receive an accurate quote. 
 
Maintenance scheme customers: Bookings should be made every 4 weeks. If a period of more that 4 weeks elapses, it is no longer considered a maintenance clean and full deep clean rates will apply. 
 
If maintenance service takes longer than 2 hours due to excessive soiling/dirt an extra charge will be applied. 
If CMV has to rearrange your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (weather warnings etc.), we will honour your booking as soon as possible.
 
CMV cannot accept responsibility for any mechanical or electrical faults that may occur during the valeting or detailing service.
 
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that baby seats / booster seats are correctly re-installed after the valeting service.
 
CMV cannot accept responsibility to any interior or exterior damage which has not been brought to our attention prior to commencement of our services.
